What You'll Experience
Sunflower Yoga's 200-hour yoga teacher training (YTT) is a heart-led,
in depth journey designed to deepen your personal practice
and empower you to teach from the heart with authenticity and confidence.
Whether your goal is to teach or simply deepen your journey inward, this journey will guide you through the
foundations of yoga philosophy, anatomy, breath work, sequencing and the art of holding space.

Overnight retreat included - a special immersion to complete your hours and integrate your learning.
