Service Description
Research shows that journaling reduces stress. By providing a place for your thoughts and feelings, journaling encourages self-reflection, reduces intrusive thoughts, improves memory and builds gratitude. We'll begin with a moment of meditation and stillness followed by an inspiring workshop led by Beth Dixon. Cost is $15 and includes all of the tools needed to get started.

Due to our limited studio size, we ask that you remove yourself from a class if you know you're unable to attend so someone else may claim your spot. There are no refunds issued for class passes at this time.
